AS A MONAT VIP CUSTOMER, YOU WILL BE SIGNING UP FOR THE FLEXSHIP PROGRAM.

A Flexship order is a flexible and customizable shipment order you choose product for during your VIP Customer enrollment. Here are the steps you will have to take in order to take advantage of our amazing perks and to become a VIP Customer:

1. ENROLL

A one-time enrollment fee of $24.95 CAD will be added to the enrollment order and then unlock 15% off the retail price!

2. SHOP

Select $110 CAD or more worth of products for your enrollment order. Remember, for every order over $110 CAD, you receive free shipping!

3. SCHEDULE YOUR FLEXSHIP

Create and schedule out your first Flexship (flexible shipment) order of $110 CAD or more and select your free Only For You product. Two additional Flexship orders (for a lifetime total of three) are required to complete the program.

You may contact our Customer Care team to opt out of the VIP Customer Program at any time. Please note: Once you have enrolled, MONAT will assess the following cancellation fees if you do not complete the minimum lifetime requirement of 3 Flexship orders:
$33 CAD = Enrollment Order only completed
$25 CAD = Enrollment Order + 1 Flexship Order completed

MONAT offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping handling charges). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any MONAT product you buy, you may return the unused portion of the product to MONAT within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges).

Q: WHAT DOES A VIP CUSTOMER COMMIT TO WHEN JOINING THE VIP CUSTOMER PROGRAM?

A: As a MONAT VIP Customer, you will be enrolled in the Flexship Program. A Flexship order is a flexible and customizable shipment order that you choose products for during your VIP Customer enrollment. An enrollment fee of $24.95 CAD will be assessed with your enrollment order of $110 CAD or more. Create and schedule your first Flexship (flexible shipment) order of $110 CAD or more. Two additional Flexship orders (for a lifetime total of three) are required to complete the program. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing different products in each Flexship order. Plus, you can push your Flexship orders up to 60 days at a time!

Q: WHAT IS A QUALIFYING FLEXSHIP ORDER?

A: A qualifying Flexship order has a total of $110 CAD VIP pricing or higher. Flash Sales and promotions do not toward your Flexship order requirement.

Q: HOW OFTEN CAN A VIP CUSTOMER PUSH OUT THEIR FLEXSHIP?

A: A VIP Customer can push out their Flexship order 60 days at a time.

Q: DOES A FLASH SALE OR PROMOTION QUALIFY AS A FLEXSHIP ORDER?

A: No. Neither Flash Sales nor Promotions qualify towards a Flexship order.

Q: WHAT IS AN ONLY FOR YOU PRODUCT?

A: With each Flexship order of $110 CAD or more, including your enrollment order, you’ll receive a premium “Only For You” product that’s exclusive for those with active Flexship orders that month! Q: HOW CAN I RETURN MONAT PRODUCT(S)?

A: Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. To return product for a refund, you must return the products directly to MONAT and follow the following directions:

(a) You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by contacting the MONAT Customer Care team at (833) 750-4880 or by email at:

You will need to provide the order number and specify if requesting a full refund or partial refund.

(b) Proper shipping cartons and packing materials must be used in packaging the products being returned for replacement. All returns must be prepaid by the VIP Customer. MONAT does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the VIP Customer returning the product. If returned product is not received by the MONAT’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the VIP Customer to trace the shipment.

In order to receive a refund from MONAT pursuant to this policy, the following requirements must be met:

(c) The items must be returned to MONAT within 90 days from the date of purchase. Please ship all items to:

(d) The items must be unopened and unused and the with packaging and labeling that has not been altered or damaged.

Any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as non-returnable, discontinued, or as a seasonal item, may not be returned for a refund.

Q: HOW DOES THE 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE APPLY TO THE VIP CUSTOMER PROGRAM?

A: MONAT is confident that you’ll love everything you purchase from us. We offer a 30-Day money back satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping and handling charges) to all customers and Market Partners. After 30 days, MONAT offers a 90% refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) on the return of all unopened and unused product. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) of returned item(s) to the original form of payment. Any returns after 90 days from when the customer receives their order will not be accepted.
